December

December was pretty warm here. We still got to go to the park and play outside. The kids loved having so much outside time after being cooped up all summer from the intense heat.

This is how we eat bananas.

Story time at the library had a surprise visitor who gave a teddy to each child. The kids all loved it!

Sometimes I wish I could be a cat! She looks so serene.

Bekah got to play a sheep in the ward Christmas party Nativity. She loved it!!

Xander didn't love being on Santa's lap very much.

Part way through the reading of the story in the Bible, Bekah decided it was her turn to shine. So she just walked right out there and sat down by "Joseph". She proceeded to wave and smile at anyone who made eye contact with her in the audience.

Snuggle buddies

Had to catch a picture of my sleeping babies on Christmas Eve.

Christmas morning we all ran out to see what Santa had brought us. He did not disappoint!

Garrett got me a sewing desk, which I'd been wanting for quite a while.

We got the kids a table and chairs, which have been greatly used!

These are the faces of Christmas Joy!

Xander thought his haul truck was cool, till daddy showed him that he could put stuff in it, then he thought it was AWESOME! He didn't even want to eat the candy at first, just haul it around!

She asked Santa for a pony and a Barbie, apparently she was a good girl last year.

I got Garrett a hammock which he set up as soon as breakfast was over. The kids have loved it!

On Saturday the 27th we headed up to Green River, UT to meet some of Garrett's family so we could go hiking together. Our kids get so excited when we stay in a hotel. Add cousins to that and they were in heaven.

Bekah an Liana just love each other! They have so much fun together. They were "helping" Grandma cook treats.

While we were in Vernal we stayed at Sarah's house and spent every other day with my family and then Garrett's family for a week. It was amazing! Unfortunately we all got sick from partying too hard. New Years Eve we spent at the church with Garrett's family. We played and played till our fake New Years at about 10. Then we went and put kids to bed and the adults stayed up as long as we could.

We got a picture of the Grandparents with all their grandkids

Snuggling this little guy was the best part of New Years. I love like crazy!
